SHIPPING & DELIVERY
Packages ship for free in the contiguous US within 3 business days from the date we receive the order, unless stated otherwise on the product page. They will typically arrive within 3-5 business days after they are sent.
Now shipping to Mexico, Canada, $10 flat rate shipping, and Caracas - Venezuela, $7.50 flat rate shipping. Items are shipped directly from Miami, Florida using the US Postal Service and UPS.
RETURN & EXCHANGE POLICY
We gladly accept returns of new & unused or defective merchandise for a partial refund or exchange within fourteen (14) days of purchase. Refunds must be accompanied by the original receipt and will be made in the form of the original payment.
If you would like to return or exchange an item purchased on www.andrespestana.com within the United States, please send us a request for a return authorization within 14 days of delivery date. All returns must be shipped back to us within 7 days of the request approval. Emails should be sent to andres@andrespestana.com
Items must be returned in new & unused condition, with all original packaging and tags attached. DAMAGES & ISSUES
Please inspect your order upon arrival and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
EXCEPTIONS & NON-RETURNABLE ITEMS

Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.
EXCHANGES
The fastest way to ensure you receive the item that you want is to return the item you received, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.
REFUNDS
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.

2.2. We reserve the right to charge a redelivery fee to cover the costs incurred for the subsequent delivery attempt.
2.3. The redelivery fee amount will be communicated to the customer prior to the redelivery.
2.4. Redelivery will only be scheduled upon receipt of the redelivery fee payment.
3. Customer Obligations:
3.1. The customer acknowledges and agrees to promptly update any changes to their delivery address in their account information to ensure accurate and timely delivery.
3.2. The customer shall bear all costs associated with any redelivery charges resulting from incorrect or insufficient address information provided by them.
